If you go during the farmer's market/craft fair weekend hours then you should plan about 3 hours. There are crafts to look at and an antique shoppe, candy shoppe, they have a petting zoo and train ride for kids and the best part is the wine and cheese shop for gourmet items. Wine tasting $5!! There are a few restaurants too. It's great to unwind there because of the scenery.
